Business Analyst/ Project Manager- BPR (Loan/ Trade/ Remittance)
Job type- Permanent with Client
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead process transformation initiatives from business analysis through implementation and benefits realization.
· Conduct process discovery workshops and document As-Is business processes.
· Analyze process bottlenecks and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
· Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements gathering across business, operations, and solution teams.
· Define To-Be business processes and recommend process improvement solutions.
· Manage project scope, action items, risks, issues, and follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery.
· Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
· Coordinate with solution teams to clarify business requirements and support solution design.
· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
· Assist with user training, communication, and change management activities.
· Monitor project benefits realization and support FTE savings tracking and reporting.
· Ensure alignment of process improvement initiatives with business objectives and operational goals.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager, or Business Transformation Consultant.
· Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
· Strong process mapping, business analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities.
· Knowledge of Loan, Trade Finance, Remittance, KYC, AML, or Banking Operations processes is preferred.
· Experience in Business Process Reengineering(BPR) initiatives is preferred.
· Experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
· Understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, workflow automation, AI, and OCR solutions is advantageous.
· Proven experience in facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross-functional discussions.
· Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
· Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing(UAT), including planning, execution, and issue management.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Candidates with Japanese language proficiency would be highly preferred, as this would be an added advantage in supporting effective communication and collaboration with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
