Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 months contract with option to extend on a high-visibility digital /IT transformation program. If you have a background in manufacturing, transportation, or mining and enjoy solving complex integration challenges, this is the role for you.
We need a proactive, versatile individual who can navigate unstructured environments to elicit requirements, design solutions, and facilitate the seamless integration of our application ecosystem.
You will be required to perform the following:

• Strategy & Value: Develop robust business cases, perform cost-benefit analysis, and articulate strategic value to support high-stakes investment decisions.
• Leadership: Mentor junior analysts, influence BA governance frameworks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methodologies.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Lead complex requirements workshops, drive consensus at an executive level, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.

To be successful in this position, you must be a highly experienced Business Analyst who has worked on a variety of enterprise application projects, preferably in the manufacturing, mining, industrial or transportation industries. You will have solid skills in developing business cases, and determining business requirements for complex projects. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
