Business Analyst / Salesforce (M/F)
Salesforce rollouts mobilise Business Analysts capable of articulating business priorities and functional configuration, within a continuous improvement and platform upskilling logic. This role is aimed at a Salesforce BA wishing to operate as a key link between project teams and end users.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Business Analyst Salesforce (M/F), you are the key link between project teams and end users. You contribute to defining, designing and deploying Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business priorities.
- Analyse user requirements and propose suitable functional solutions
- Configure Salesforce to standards for simple and medium-complexity cases
- Create and maintain documentation of requirements, processes and solutions
- Prepare analysis reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Train end users and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Upskill on new Salesforce products and obtain 2 certifications per year
- Collaborate closely with project teams and participate in continuous improvement
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
- Ability to gather and qualify business requirements (User Stories, EPICs).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for functional concepts.
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize requests.
- Proactivity and team spirit.
