  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications, business rules and process documentation

  • Act as the key link between business stakeholders, Directors, IT, developers and external vendors, ensuring solutions meet operational requirements.

  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams and data flows to support the design of dashboards, POS integrations and reporting solutions.

  • Support the development and refinement of reporting for sales, labour costs, bookings, inventory and event performance.

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to POS, booking, CRM and rostering systems, including configuration and integration opportunities.

  • Experience with systems such as POS, bookings, CRM, rostering, ERP or reporting platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Experience with UAT, implementation, change management and user training.
