Business Analyst

· At least 4-8 years relevant working experience, including business analysis/product management of system used in similarfunctions, in asset management domain

· Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design

· Experience in developing test plan and managing testing for project implementation /

· enhancements

· Experience in developing and maintaining user guides and system documentations

· Experience in managing project scheduling andtimelines for prompt completion of work tasks

· Knowledge and experience in investment systems, including but not limited to Murex, SimCorp Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River, etc.

· Understanding of public market transactions' work flow—from front to back office, particularly in the fixed income and foreign exchange market pace.

· Adept communicator (both written and verbal) withthe ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders across all levels

· Experience working in cross-functional groups, representing views of different stakeholders and influencing teams towardsachieving shared goal

· Ability to manage a number of projects at the sametime, with varying technical requirements, level of stakeholder engagement, and completion timelines
