What you do
• Acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME segment
• Act as the single point of contact, managing the end-to-end KYC process
• Conduct customer due diligence, AML assessment, FATCA and CRS in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Achieve individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team
• Proactive connect with key contact persons from channels for business expansion
• Timely communication with clients regarding inquiries on know your customer requirements
• Client experience management via handling of customer inquiries with timely response
• Able to handle complex NTB application, e.g. complex structure, NBFI, SCC, PEP, etc.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-5 years SME banking experience in customer relation management is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, sales and result oriented
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Banking Manager
