Business Data Analyst

Position Purpose:

As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic action. Your primary focus will be extracting, analyzing, and modeling data from our SAP S/4HANA ERP system. You will design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to executive management and key departments (including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Production, and Finance).

Key Responsibilities:

· SAP S/4HANA Data Analytics: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from SAP S/4HANA modules (such as PP, MM, FI-CO, HCM and SD) to monitor manufacturing performance, inventory levels, and cost variances.

· Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and deploy automated, interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud) for departmental users and executive leadership.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality Assurance teams to understand their unique KPIs and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

· Process Optimization: Identify trends, bottlenecks, and anomalies in the manufacturing process (e.g., yield loss, equipment downtime, or material waste) and recommend data-driven solutions.

· Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure high data quality and consistency across all reports by validating source data from SAP and maintaining robust data documentation.
