Business Development and Project Manager

This role is responsible for strategic analysis and review of business development opportunities for the group. This will include building relationships with both new and existing OEM's, creating business plans, negotiating contractual arrangements and determining operational needs to execute.

The role will also act as the interface for ongoing OEM relationships, ensuring that the business maximises its outcomes and portfolio.

As the Group BD lead, this role will also contribute as the face of the group in both CSR and on relevant business forums, ensuring that our activities and future plans are both relevant, visible and where required being advocated for desired outcomes.

This role will also be responsible for other RMAC projects that are determined by Group CEO and Country Manager Cambodia, as required.

- Internal and External Interactions

. Country Manager, Division General Managers, CFO, GMHR, Bangkok Group Office (CEO, COO, CFO)

. Business Councils / Forums (AMCHAM, BRITCHAM etc), OEM's, relevant government departments, Media.

- Education:

. Relevant Degree qualification (Business, Law, Commerce, Finance etc) and additional educational qualifications are a plus (MBA).

- Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

. International Company exposure

. High Level Analysis skills

. Strong networking experience
