JOB SUMMARY
This entry-level position focuses on supporting pipeline operations, opportunity research, and internal commercialization workflows.
Job Duties
- Maintain opportunity trackers, pipeline records, and supporting data related to Discovery Track progression.
- Conduct basic research on disease areas, companies, transaction comparables, and market landscapes.
- Support preparation of non-confidential summaries, internal briefs, and partner meeting materials.
- Assist in gathering information from inventors, Innovation Hub staff, and OTD contacts.
- Build working knowledge of academic commercialization, intellectual property, and translational development.
- Develop familiarity with the Discovery Track and the Innovation Hub's model for moving projects from validation toward readiness.
- Support internal visibility and process discipline around opportunity tracking and commercialization readiness.
- Learn the interaction points among faculty, Innovation Hub staff, and OTD.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Experience
1 year experience in business development, research operations, consulting, or commercialization support with Bachelor's degree.
An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of the required years of experience.

- Experience
3 years experience in business development, research operations, consulting, or commercialization support with Master's degree.
