In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify business challenges and create impactful Modern Workplace solutions that drive measurable value.

As a Business Development Director, you will drive the growth of our Modern Workplace portfolio by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and helping organizations achieve their transformation goals. You will bridge business and technology conversations, aligning customer needs with solutions that deliver long-term value and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new Modern Workplace opportunities across new and existing customers.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
• Partner with Account Managers and solution teams to develop account strategies and customer transformation roadmaps.
• Translate customer business challenges into commercially viable service and solution offerings.
• Position advisory, professional, and managed services that support workplace modernization, productivity, collaboration, and security outcomes.
• Lead customer engagements, proposals, negotiations, and contracting activities through to successful closure.
