About the Role
Concepts360 Plus is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and digital marketing, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build lasting client relationships, and promote our software solutions and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Promote and sell the company's software solutions and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to achieve business goals.
Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Sales and Digital Marketing (preferably in the Software/IT industry).
Candidates with experience in the Hotel & Restaurant industry are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to attend client meetings and business visits when required.
Proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
