Business Development Executive, Financial Institutions (EMEA)
Expand TRM's strategic access across EMEA financial institutions by opening senior-level conversations, multi-threading strategic accounts, creating qualified enterprise opportunities, and shaping digital asset, financial crime, and compliance discussions.
Responsibilities
- Open senior-level access at priority EMEA financial institutions by activating an established network.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across stakeholders shaping digital asset strategy, financial crime, compliance, investigations, risk, and innovation.
- Identify and pursue high-value enterprise and partnership opportunities with banks and financial institutions.
- Represent TRM externally at conferences, executive forums, practitioner communities, and industry events.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Policy to convert strategic access into customer opportunities and market insight.
- Turn market, technology, and regulatory shifts into early-warning intelligence.
- Feed customer insights, buying dynamics, objections, and market intelligence back into product and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- Deep, credible network across EMEA financial institutions.
- Customer-facing and public-facing experience, including conferences, panels, and thought leadership.
- Track record of turning relationships into real pipeline.
- Current day-to-day use of AI for research, prospecting, and pipeline management, with a concrete workflow.
- Based remotely within Europe.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% for conferences and in-person account work.
- Direct experience with financial institutions or crypto-native infrastructure companies serving them in EMEA.
