Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients to understand their project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate and manage project site arrangements, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion of work.

Educational Level:

• Diploma holders with relevant experience in construction sector.
• Safety Certificates ( Safety Supervisor, Work At Height Manager, etc)
• Motorbike Driving License is required.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Sector.
• Experience in the Painting, Waterproofing or Epoxy Flooring will be advantageous.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in AUTOCAD application.
• Other Attributes (relevant to the job).
• Able to multitask, meticulous and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and people engagement skills.
• Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently.
