Business Development Executive – Manpower Supply

We are a newly established small business in the Eastern Region looking for our first employee .

We are specifically looking for someone with direct experience in manpower supply / labor rental services. This is not a general sales position.

Responsibilities:

Generate new manpower supply contracts.

Visit and approach companies requiring manpower.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Follow up on manpower requirements and RFQs.

Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closing.

Salary & Benefits:

SAR 3,500 – 4,500/month

Sales Commission

Project Bonus for contracts/projects successfully brought to the business

Skills

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of direct experience in manpower supply / labor rental business development or sales.

Good knowledge of the manpower supply market in the Eastern Region.

Existing client relationships in contracting, industrial, Oil & Gas, construction, or related sectors.

Proven ability to generate leads and bring real manpower supply opportunities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
