Business Development Executive - Shuaiba
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join a leading national plastic manufacturing company based in Shuaiba, Kuwait.
The role will focus on understanding market needs, identifying new business opportunities, supporting product development and improvement, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be analytical, curious, and proactive, with the ability to turn market insights into practical recommendations and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry developments.
- Identify market needs and translate insights into product development and improvement opportunities.
- Research competitor products and market offerings.
- Support the development and enhancement of the company’s product portfolio.
- Explore new applications, markets, and opportunities for existing and new products.
- Work closely with production, technical, quality, and marketing teams on product-related initiatives.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to recommend product improvements.
- Prepare market assessments, reports, and recommendations for management.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth and market positioning.
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Experience in Business Development, Market Research, Product Development, Product Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and explore new ideas.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new product development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
