Job Summary
Drive business growth by developing sales pipelines, engaging clients to understand learning needs, preparing proposals, and managing client relationships to ensure smooth transitions and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads across target segments using a disciplined outreach cadence to build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify and understand client learning objectives for tailored solutions
- Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns and enquiries to maximize conversion
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations collaboratively with Operations and the CEO to secure client commitments
- Progress sales opportunities to signed acceptance and coordinate deposit collection to close deals efficiently
- Transition confirmed accounts to Operations and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless programme delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline updates to support sales forecasting and reporting
- Nurture relationships with past clients to generate referrals and encourage repeat bookings
- Represent Wiz360’s premium executive-immersion brand consistently in all client interactions
- Manage client and host contact data in compliance with PDPA and company non-circumvention policies, ensuring confidentiality
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent relevant sales experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, or demonstrated strong sales aptitude with a relevant network
- Ability to communicate confidently and engage senior stakeholders effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with comfort working under incentive-weighted pay structures
- Disciplined in maintaining accurate CRM records
- Willingness to sign and comply with confidentiality and non-circumvention agreements
- Able and willing to travel overseas occasionally, including weekends, with a valid passport
- Compliance with Employment Act and MOM guidelines for rest day and overtime arrangements related to travel
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Exposure to corporate training, education, MICE, or government/association sales environments
- Interest in the China and Japan business landscape
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin or Japanese to support client engagement across China and Japan
