Business Development Manager, Agency Business (Life Insurance)
A fast-moving foreign Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Business Development Manager to drive its Agency business.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Company's agency business development strategy in MCV business, seize business opportunities and explore new customer segments to achieve the Company's strategic business objectives
- To expand the existing customer network of MCV in agency channel
- To formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve growth in business against business plan
- To maintain strong business relationships with new and potential clients and business partners
- To bridge between MCV and the agency sales team in Hong Kong
- To identity new business opportunities and client base for on-going business development
Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline with minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance / banking / financial services industry
- With MCV client network is highly preferred
- Solid sales, client servicing and business development experience in MCV Market
- Knowledge and experience of Family Office or Private Banking is highly preferred
- Possess a good network and relationships with potential high net worth clients
- Strong communication and client servicing skill
- Native in Mandarin
