Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s customer base. The role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion, and long-term relationship management.

Territory: Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai, West Bengal, South India, North India, West India (Candidates may apply who are interested in relocating)

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and markets.
  • Generate leads, conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and business cases.
  • Track business development activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue or growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
