Are you passionate about property and building great partnerships? We’re looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Manager/Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.

In this role, you will help identify and secure prime locations across commercial offices, malls, and condominiums for the deployment of our Lifestyle Media digital screens. You will work closely with developers, property owners, and management councils to bring our vision to life—and bring dynamic digital content to where people live, work, and move.

For experience in commercial offices real estate will be considered for senior roles.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in business development, media,or real estate. Training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate.

Monthly Salary: $3000 - $5500* (This is a Base +Commission paying position)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and engage Developers, MCSTs, and Building Owners to propose media screen installations

• Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients

• Manage contract discussions and negotiations independently

• Coordinate with internal teams (deployment, IT, content, sales) for smooth execution

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry news

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with property partners

• Contribute to special projects or tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum diploma in business, marketing, real estate, or related fields

• Preferably 3-5 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduates will be considered for entry level role)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident in presentations and client-facing discussions

• Experience working with developers, building owners, or MCSTs
