Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Lead negotiations and close deals
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Market analysis and competitor tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering preferred
• 5+ years UAE experience in construction or fit-out sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• UAE Driving License is mandatory

Monthly Salary Budget:
AED 10,000 to AED 14,000/- plus other benefits
