Business Development Manager (Spain)
Build and own Vivid's partnerships acquisition channel, develop market-specific go-to-market strategy, close referral and integration partnerships, manage partner relationships, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal teams to launch partnerships compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Build and own Vivid's partnerships acquisition channel with accountants, bookkeepers, tax advisors, and accounting-software providers
- Identify, scope, pitch, negotiate, and close referral and integration partnerships
- Develop a go-to-market strategy tailored to the market's accounting ecosystem and set acquisition targets
- Work with Product to shape and prioritize accounting software integrations
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and account management
- Maintain senior relationships with partner firms and platforms
- Run performance analyses covering volume, conversion, CAC, and retention
- Represent Vivid at industry events, associations, and trade bodies
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or relationship management
- Track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies
- Native or fluent command of the market's language and strong working English
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with Google Sheets, Slides, and Excel
- Comfort using AI to sharpen output
- Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments is a nice to have
- Existing network among relevant accounting professionals or software vendors is a nice to have
- Familiarity with local accounting and invoicing software ecosystems is a nice to have
- Experience launching referral, affiliate, or channel-partner programs is a nice to have
