Madison Pearl is partnering with a top tier international insurance broker firm for an opportunity to expand their Corporate Development division. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals with regular updates to Head of distribution.
• Support with renewal of existing business.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline that identifies target clients and opportunities and is adequate in relation to hit ratio to achieve annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaboratively work with back office teams to deliver promised solutions to prospects and clients

Skills

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business administration or any other related field.
• 1-3 years of UAE Sales experience in Insurance broking or bancassurance. A client portfolio is an advantage
• Knowledge of available insurance products and post sales support
• Only Emiratis with family books will be considered.
