Business Development Manager
Build Vivid's partnerships channel from the ground up by identifying and signing partners, developing market strategy, launching referral and integration partnerships, managing the partner lifecycle, analyzing performance, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build and own Vivid's partnerships acquisition channel with accountants, bookkeepers, tax advisors, and accounting-software providers.
- Identify, scope, pitch, negotiate, and close referral and integration partnerships that drive sign-ups, product adoption, and revenue.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy tailored to the market's accounting ecosystem and set acquisition targets.
- Work with Product to shape and prioritize integrations.
- Manage sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing account management across the partner lifecycle.
- Maintain senior relationships with partner firms and platforms.
- Run performance analyses on partner-driven acquisition.
- Represent Vivid at relevant industry events, associations, and trade bodies.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to launch partnerships compliantly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or relationship management.
- Track record of negotiating and closing commercial deals with third-party companies.
- Native or fluent command of the market's language and strong working English.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with a structured, strategic approach.
- Driven, collaborative, results-oriented mindset comfortable owning a number and building from zero.
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with Google Sheets, Slides, Excel, and AI tools.
- Natural curiosity and a genuine will to make an impact.
- Nice to have: experience in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments.
- Nice to have: network among accountants, tax advisors, bookkeepers, or accounting-software vendors.
- Nice to have: familiarity with local accounting and invoicing software ecosystems.
- Nice to have: experience launching referral, affiliate, or channel-partner programs.
