As part of the Emerging Markets Business Development team, you will work closely with the Region Head, Market Heads and key stakeholders across the organisation to drive business performance and strategic growth initiatives.

This is a highly analytical role for a professional who enjoys working with large and complex datasets, transforming data into meaningful insights, and translating numbers into concrete business actions. Beyond technical analytical skills, you will be expected to understand the broader business context, connect information from multiple sources, identify opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations that support senior management decision-making.
The role offers exposure to strategic initiatives across the Region, business planning, performance management and executive communications.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Own and further develop the Region’s business analytics and reporting framework, ensuring data quality, consistency and transparency

• Support forecasting and business planning processes through quantitative analysis

• Analyse complex business data and identify trends, opportunities, risks and performance drivers across Markets and client segments

• Consolidate and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations

• Lead, coordinate and support strategic and business development initiatives across the Region

• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from senior management with clear, data-driven recommendations

YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant higher educational and professional background

• Wealth Management solutions and product know-how

• Project Management skills

• Very strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills

• Know-how and applied experience in building and maintaining data queries

• Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel

• Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous work method

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
