Business Development Senior Manager
In this role, you will sit across Ripple Treasury, Ripple Core and Ripple Prime, spotting commercial opportunities that only make sense across the whole product suite. You will structure deals spanning treasury, payments, custody and stablecoin products, build distribution partnerships for yield-bearing digital assets, develop a pipeline of Ripple Treasury clients, position RLUSD within treasury workflows, track competitors, and build CFO and Treasurer-level relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and structure commercial opportunities spanning Ripple Treasury, Ripple Core and Ripple Prime.
- Build distribution partnerships giving corporate treasury teams access to yield-bearing digital assets through Ripple Treasury.
- Develop a pipeline of Ripple Treasury clients who are natural buyers of Ripple payment rails.
- Work with the RLUSD team to build partnerships with banks, fintechs and enterprise software platforms.
- Track TMS competitors and bring competitive analysis into Ripple’s positioning.
- Build and maintain CFO and Treasurer-level relationships at large accounts.
Requirements
- 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or corporate strategy within enterprise fintech, financial services or treasury technology.
- Direct exposure to treasury management or enterprise payments preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate treasury, cash management, liquidity, bank relationships, FX and TMS systems.
- Fluency in digital assets, stablecoins and tokenization.
- Track record of building commercial opportunities from ambiguous starting points.
- Strong network across corporate treasury, enterprise fintech and financial services.
- Clear communication and senior executive presentation experience.
- Based in Chicago or willing to relocate.
