BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand market share for PT Multi Farmindo Jaya. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

* Identify, research, and evaluate new business opportunities and potential clients within the agriculture and farming sectors.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the agriculture, animal feed, or related industries.
* Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and business landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at various levels.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia.
* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
