Business Development
Responsible for Tané's network operations business, including developing external relationships, forming and executing collaboration plans, sourcing and managing a project pipeline, negotiating partnership terms, proposing tailored solutions, and analyzing operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with external projects
- Execute collaborations and partnerships
- Collaborate with engineers, DAO governance, and research teams to develop and implement plans
- Identify and source new projects for the network operations pipeline
- Manage and plan operations for the project pipeline
- Negotiate and finalize partnership terms
- Propose tailored solutions for projects in the pipeline
- Analyze and report on network operations metrics
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in business partnerships, including strategy formulation and execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience achieving business partnerships as the responsible party
- Team management experience
- Basic knowledge of blockchain and decentralized systems
- Experience setting up and operating validators
