Business Intelligence & Digital Transformation Analyst
Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Intelligence (BI) & Digital Transformation Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing executive dashboards, automating business reports, managing enterprise data, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate functions. This role requires expertise in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, ERP data extraction, and Microsoft's data ecosystem to transform raw business data into meaningful insights that improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Reporting • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for executive management. • Develop automated management reports for Finance, Real Estate, Operations, and Corporate Management. • Build KPI dashboards that provide real-time business insights. • Perform data analysis and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Data Management & Analytics • Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from the Focus ERP System using SQL Server. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures. • Maintain data integrity, consistency, and governance standards. • Organize enterprise data for reporting and analytics. Digital Transformation • Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes. • Support the organization's digital transformation roadmap through reporting automation and workflow improvements. • Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and system requirements. • Recommend innovative Microsoft technologies that improve efficiency and productivity. Systems Development & Support • Participate in system design, enhancement, testing, and implementation. • Support ERP integrations with Microsoft Power Platform. • Troubleshoot reporting and database issues. • Document business processes, reporting standards, and technical solutions.
Qualifications Education • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Candidates with Accounting or Finance knowledge are highly preferred. Experience • 3–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, MIS, Systems Analysis, or Digital Transformation. • Experience working with ERP systems (Focus ERP experience is an advantage). • Experience in Finance or Real Estate industries is preferred.
