Business Manager, Private Banking

Job Responsibilities :

Formulate, plan and maintain internal policy, Standard Operating Procedures, manual and application form, including tracking of policies/SOP renew dates, drafting/update/publication of policies/SOP and provide briefing (if required)
Improve customer journey with system enhancement, process revamp to improve efficiency such as vendor management, system UAT and implementation, provide training, etc.
Post trades monitoring control: post trade transaction and cross border rules
Act as a liaison officer between Front Office and Operations in supporting daily BAU process
Responsible for co-ordination and implement of global projects relating to the alignment of the local business
Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by PB Head of Business Support

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/Accountancy or a relevant discipline
5-8 years of experience in financial institutions (Private Banking, wealth management), knowledge in Account Onboarding/KYC, Credit application/risk assessment, Risk, Controls and/or Compliance
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Chinese speaking colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan
Skills required: managerial, analytical, problem-solving, tasks planning & execution, communication, interpersonal
