What You'll Be Doing
📦 Sales & Order Operations
• Coordinate with HODs, delivery teams, customers, procurement and finance teams to manage the end-to-end sales process
• Manage project timelines, contract sign-offs, order processing and purchase order workflows
• Coordinate billing and Accounts Receivable activities
• Facilitate clarification and resolution of operational issues promptly
📋 Procurement & Contract Management
• Support procurement and order processing activities
• Manage contract-related processes and documentation
• Coordinate annual maintenance renewal projects and ensure timely execution
• Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
📊 Planning & Reporting
• Prepare monthly forecast planning and annual business plans
• Generate sales and finance-related reports and analytical reviews
• Monitor business performance and provide regular updates
• Support monthly and yearly business planning activities
💰 Credit & AR Management
• Monitor payment terms, outstanding issues, escalations and credit risks
• Conduct routine analytical credit reviews
• Track AR status and support timely resolution of payment-related matters
• Escalate potential risks and provide regular status updates
📈 Business & Inventory Management
• Support business planning and inventory management
• Estimate monthly and annual business requirements
• Work with branches and subsidiaries to clarify and resolve operational matters
• Provide guidance and support to relevant stakeholders
🌟 Ideal Background
✔ Experience in procurement / order processing / sales operations
✔ SAP experience is advantageous but not mandatory
