We’re Hiring: Business Unit Team Leader – Corporate & Residency Services (English Speaker- European Preferred)
Auxilium is looking for an experienced Business Unit Team Leader to lead our Corporate & Residency Services Division.
We are seeking someone with strong operational leadership experience and deep hands-on expertise in:
- UAE & Saudi Arabia company incorporation
- Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore structures
- Corporate and post-incorporation services
- Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Remote Work Visa & Dependent Visa processing
- PRO, payroll, tax, accounting and compliance coordination
- Team leadership, OKRs and service delivery management
- Government authority and external vendor management
- Client relationship management and upselling opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing corporate services teams and handling complex incorporation and residency cases across the GCC.
