Business Support Specialist, Kuala Lumpur

Our Business Support services allow Swedish companies to outsource administrative and operational tasks to Business Sweden teams around the world allowing our clients to concentrate on the core business growth and development.
As Business Support Specialist at Business Sweden your job will focus on delivering operational support services, fostering close collaboration with clients, and contributing to the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:
- Full sets of accounts using different accounting software
- Electronic banking with different banks
- Cash book and cash flow maintenance
- Invoicing
- Year-end audit support
- Liaising with company secretary / auditor / tax agent
- Periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) reporting based on clients’ requirements, reporting package and timeline
- Update financial data to ensure all information’s are accurate and immediately available when needed
- Assist with company establishment process
- Ensure finance administration, filing and documentations are in order
- Proactively take initiatives to solve delivery related risks and issues
- Deep knowledge of rules and regulations in the market related to the service delivery
- Attend & provide ad-hoc advice to clients
- Ad-hoc task from time to time
The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, but you will have a chance to collaborate with our teams and clients around the world, as required.

Formal requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial administration processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under time pressure.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience working with international companies or multiple legal entities within a group is a plus.
