Job Scope:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of Core Banking Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, solution architects, and vendors to analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, facilitate system implementation, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.

• Produce functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and use cases to clearly define business needs.

• Support CASA and banking processes such as account onboarding, transactions, interest and fee management, enquiries, and regulatory reporting.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure solutions align with business requirements and support system configurations and interface designs.

• Analyze change requests, assess business impacts, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and review SIT/UAT test scenarios, support defect resolution, data validation, and assist in migration and reconciliation.

• Assist in cutover planning, production deployment, and provide post-go-live support.

• Manage stakeholder collaboration, track requirements, risks, and project progress, and facilitate discussions for business sign-offs.

Requirements:

• Experience in Core Banking, CASA, Deposit Systems, or Retail Banking implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
