Wedgewood Pharmacy is hiring a Business Analyst to support our Transformation Office and help drive our Value Creation Plan. This role will work directly on the hardest problems facing the company and get close to the questions our executive team works on every day: what the KPIs are really telling us, where performance is ahead or behind plan, and how to remove blockers to delivering on initiatives. You'll turn that analysis into the reporting and governance support that keeps leadership aligned on what's working and what needs attention. If you want a front-row seat to how a company actually gets run, and you're the kind of person who digs into a problem instead of waiting to be told the answer, this is the seat.
