Business Valuation Manager (Top Advisory Firm)

A well-known independent valuation and advisory group in Hong Kong serving HK private and listed companies as well as PRC market is looking for a high-calibre Business Valuation Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationship with clients across key industries and support functions,

• Lead and coach an execution team of 3-4 juniors for business valuations, intangible asset valuations, financial asset valuations and purchase price allocations etc.

• Provide advisory services to clients and follow through proactively

• Direct report to Associate Director; work with management to develop and execute business development plans

• Maintain in-house research database

• Perform ad-hoc reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance, financial engineering or other financial related disciplines

• Preferably with professional qualifications, such as CPA and CFA, etc

• At least 5 years relevant working experience (candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager)

• Strong analytical, strategic and commercial experience

• Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Immediate available is highly preferred
