About the Role

Lagunas Roofing is seeking
Part-Time Canvassers to join our growing team.

This is a field-based position focused on generating qualified appointments for our Sales team through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position with strong earning potential. You'll receive an hourly base rate along with additional compensation for sold jobs generated from your appointments.

This position requires availability during evenings and weekends, as these are some of the most productive times for connecting with homeowners.

Compensation

• $25.00 per hour
• $150 commission for each sold job generated from your appointments

What You'll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods and communities.
• Speak directly with homeowners about Lagunas Roofing's services.
• Generate qualified appointments for residential roofing inspections and consultations.
• Educate homeowners about roofing services, potential storm damage, and available inspection opportunities.
• Build rapport with homeowners and professionally represent the Lagunas Roofing brand.
• Accurately track daily activity, leads, appointments, and performance.
• Maintain consistent communication with Sales leadership regarding generated opportunities.
• Work toward weekly and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings as required.

• Valid driver’s license is required. This position requires regular travel to customer homes and job locations throughout the assigned territory.
• Previous canvassing, door-to-door sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.

Schedule Requirements

This is a Part-Time position, and candidates must have flexibility to work when homeowners are most likely to be available.

Evening and weekend availability is required.

Typical scheduling will include:

• Weekday afternoon and evening hours
• Weekend shifts
• Additional hours may be available based on business needs, weather, and seasonal demand

Candidates should understand that evenings and weekends are an important part of this position and are not optional scheduling periods.
