- 12-month contract with intent to convert based on business need and performance.
- Hybrid schedule in Charlotte, North Carolina, with onsite work every Monday and Thursday.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Own major Capital Markets Technology initiatives from business case and funding approval through execution and completion.
- Develop and maintain project financials, resource and capacity plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Use enterprise portfolio-management platforms to maintain project and portfolio health, demand, resource allocation, governance, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with business portfolio managers, technology leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
- Translate Agile delivery activity into concise milestone-, financial-, phase-, and risk-based executive reporting.
- Prepare business cases, steering materials, meeting minutes, status reports, roadmaps, governance documentation, and executive presentations.
- Maintain disciplined weekly and biweekly reporting cadences with minimal oversight.
Do You Have the Expertise to Lead Capital Markets Technology Programs?
- 10+ years of project or program management experience within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Institutional Banking, or financial-services technology.
- Proven ownership of project financials, funding, resource planning, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise portfolio-management platform such as Planview, Broadcom Clarity PPM, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project Online / Project for the Web with Power Platform, or a genuinely comparable enterprise PPM solution.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile technology delivery, with the ability to operate directly with delivery teams and step into Scrum Master responsibilities when required.
- Hands-on familiarity with sprint planning, backlog refinement, impediment management, retrospectives, Agile metrics, Jira, and coordination across Product Owners and technology teams.
- Ability to move comfortably between portfolio-level governance and team-level delivery execution.
- Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge with the ability to understand the business purpose behind technology initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal executive communication with strong time-management and deadline ownership.
