Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer activity
- Achieve sales goals and performance objectives
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Participate in daily training and sales meetings
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Sales experience preferred but not required
