Support Qatar Airways' cargo strategic partnerships by analyzing commercial/operational data, building performance dashboards and reports, troubleshooting interline shipment issues with partner airlines, and documenting standardized processes and SOPs.
About the Role:
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an opportunity to join Cargo Strategic Partnerships department as Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst, based in Doha, Qatar.
You will support the management and growth of strategic cargo partnerships by providing analytical, operational, and commercial support across partnership activities. The role is responsible for monitoring partnership performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and driving process standardization to ensure effective collaboration with partner airlines and stakeholders.
Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
· Analyze commercial and operational partnership data to support decision-making — tracking volumes, rates, revenue and performance trends across strategic partners, and turning raw data into clear insights for management.
· Prepare regular reports and dashboards monitoring partnership performance against set KPIs, flagging underperforming lanes or partners and surfacing data-backed observations for management review.
· Handle day-to-day troubleshooting of irregular interline shipments and commercial/operational issues, coordinating resolution with the relevant internal teams and partner airlines.
· Support the development and upkeep of commercial, operational and digital processes and guidelines related to partnerships — helping document, standardize and roll out SOPs.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partner airlines to ensure commercial and operational alignment on day-to-day partnership activities.
