Case Manager 20 (DESE/AWC)

Schedule is: Mon-Fri 9a-1p Hourly rate starts at $24.75 The case manager has responsibility for ensuring that programmatic records and databases are maintained in accordance with DDS regulations. The Case Manager will work in partnership with the Program Managers, Personal Advocates and Program Coordinator to ensure all services provided facilitate consumer choice and support those choices using all available resources.
