Accommodation Services Workers – Casual roles, available in Men's Night Shelter

About the Role
These are casual positions for the following shifts in the Men's Night Shelter: AM Shift (12.15am-8.30am), PM Shift (4.30-12.30pm). You’ll be part of a supportive, integrated residential team providing practical support, coping strategies, and medication management for residents in our accommodation services. Our trained Support Workers work closely with clinical staff to deliver 24/7 care that meets the individual needs of women.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with people who are homeless or at risk
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Understanding of social justice, Te Tiriti, and relevant legislation
