Job Description: ? Responsible for growth and profitability by managing key areas such as quality, supply, growth, and innovation. ? Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through training, process improvements, and regular monitoring. ? Build and manage supply by identifying, onboarding, and developing service aggregators and partners through regular market engagement and fieldwork. ? Solve business problems and manage partner relationships by improving partner economics, engagement and loyalty while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications: ? Open to any nationality, Female within 40 years below. ? 3+ years of relevant experience in category management, business operations, growth, or similar role. ? Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into business insights. ? Hands-on and proactive approach, with strong ownership and willingness to work at the ground level.
