About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful implementation of DoneSafe, integrated with Workday, within their large and complex organisation.
Supporting the Change Lead, you will play a key role in delivering change activities that support the adoption of a new Health & Safety platform while contributing to broader People Systems initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on change professional who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, supporting end users, and driving successful change outcomes.

About the Role
As the Change Analyst, you will support the planning and delivery of change initiatives across the DoneSafe implementation and wider People Systems projects. The programme is already underway and requires additional change capability to help drive engagement, readiness, training, and adoption activities.
You will work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, operational teams, and project members to ensure employees understand the change, are prepared for new processes and systems, and can successfully transition into new ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the Change Lead in delivering change activities across the DoneSafe and Workday integration programme.
  • Assist with stakeholder analysis, engagement planning, and change impact assessments.
  • Develop and coordinate change communications for a range of stakeholder groups.
  • Help design and deliver training plans in partnership with SMEs and project teams.
  • Support organisational readiness and user adoption activities.
  • Engage with frontline and operational employees to understand impacts and support successful change outcomes.
  • Identify change risks and support mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with compliance and risk-related change activities.
  • Develop and maintain change documentation, reporting, and project artefacts.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to support continuous improvement and change adoption.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience working as a Change Analyst on business, people, or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Previous experience supporting the implementation of an HRIS, People System, Workday, or Health & Safety system.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting change plans, communications, readiness activities, and training initiatives.
  • Understanding of compliance, risk, and operational change environments.
  • Ability to work effectively with frontline and field-based employees.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused approach.
