Change Analyst

Salary: $800 - $840 p.d. + + super

This role is a 12 month maternity leave cover contract working on a leading University Wide Program of work. Looking for a strong change analyst who will have the experience on analysing organisational changes and setting up change plans across the university. Research and analysis on change, looking at process maps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailoring messaging to engage staff effectively, specifically focusing on Academics
• Lead the assessment of change-related risks and develop mitigation plans
• Engage with student reps and unions to understand how the University can improve their experience
• Assist the change managers with wider change delivery activities

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in the higher education sector.
• Experience conducting extensive change impact assessments
• Extremely strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
• HR Process or Academic Process Change
