Change Manager – Cyber Security Program
Salary: No contractor fees / two pay runs per week
Brisbane CBD Fringe | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid Working (3 days onsite)
Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Change Manager to join a large-scale cyber security transformation program within a major Queensland organisation.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of Queensland's most significant cyber security initiatives, supporting the successful adoption of a multi-year program designed to strengthen cyber resilience, improve security capabilities and deliver long-term business outcomes.
About the Role
Working as part of a high-performing Cyber Security Program, you will lead organisational change management activities across multiple cyber initiatives, ensuring people impacts are effectively managed and business readiness is achieved.
You will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, technical specialists and business stakeholders to develop and implement change strategies that drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Change Management Strategies
Prepare stakeholder engagement and communication plans
Lead business readiness and organisational impact assessments
Develop training and learning strategies
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Identify and manage change risks throughout project delivery
Measure change adoption, business readiness and benefits realisation
Partner with senior leaders and project teams to embed sustainable change outcomes
About You
You will be an experienced Change Manager with a strong background delivering enterprise-wide change within complex technology environments.
You will demonstrate:
10+ years' experience delivering organisational change management in large, complex organisations
Previous experience supporting Cyber Security or technology transformation programs
Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly communications
Experience developing change strategies, communication plans, training approaches and stakeholder engagement plans
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across executive, operational and technical audiences
Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar
Desirable experience includes working within utilities, critical infrastructure or other highly regulated environments
