Salary: $150,000 annually
Education Level: Bachelor's degree in business related field, Masters Degree and/or CPA preferred

The Chief Financial Officer, CFO has responsibility for the overall financial direction and stability of the agency. This position is also responsible for overseeing operations of the agency including purchasing and maintenance/transportation
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Must have excellent leadership ability and people skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft office, advanced Excel skills, internet and email etiquette.

- Requires ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a flexible schedule as required by the needs of the department.
- Proven skills in managing a team ranging from entry level to experienced professionals and ensuring individual results through positive coaching and mentoring.
