Chief Financial Officer

4Divinity is a fast-growing international video game publisher and entertainment company focused on bringing exceptional gaming experiences to players worldwide. As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, the CFO will lead the Company's financial strategy, corporate finance activities, fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, governance, and global finance operations.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will partner closely with senior management on strategic growth initiatives, capital raising activities, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management.

• Oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax, risk management, and corporate governance activities.

• Drive fundraising initiatives, including equity financing, debt financing, and strategic investments.

• Lead investor relations activities and engagement with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.

• Support capital market activities and shareholder communications.

• Identify and evaluate strategic investment, partnership, and corporate development opportunities.

• Lead mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, and integration.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, audit, and governance requirements.

• Partner closely with the CEO and Board on strategic growth initiatives and business expansion plans.

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

• CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

• Prior experience as CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, Group Financial Controller, or equivalent senior finance leadership role.

• Strong experience in corporate finance, fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, strategic investments, and M&A.

• Experience within a publicly listed company environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, investor relations, and capital markets activities would be advantageous.

• Experience supporting regional or international operations, in Asia-Pacific markets, would be beneficial.

• Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional finance operations and cross-border transactions.

• Experience within technology, gaming, digital entertainment, media, or other high-growth sectors would be advantageous.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese capability is advantageous to support business operations in Chinese-speaking markets.
