We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's team in Somaliland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and management within the manufacturing, FMCG, or oil and gas industries. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional analytical skills, capable of driving financial success and growth in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the executive team.
Manage the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Optimize financial performance and investment strategies.
Oversee cash flow management and ensure the company's financial stability.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and company goals.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Proven track record in the manufacturing, FMCG, or oil and gas sectors.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
