Chief Financial Officer

As our Chief Financial Officer, you'll help shape the future of a thriving Federally Qualified Health Center serving our community's most vulnerable populations. You will partner with executive leadership to strengthen financial performance, support growth initiatives, maximize federal funding opportunities, and ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission.What you'll do:

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
• Oversee and optimize finance operational performance, accounting, revenue cycle, payroll, and pharmacy financial operations
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and Board presentations.
• Guide compliance with GAAP, FQHC regulations, and sound internal controls.
• Support expansion of services and community health initiatives
