Lead Brighty’s information security framework, security operations, incident response, security controls, vulnerability assessments, security tooling, compliance, training, and security reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the information security program
• Monitor and respond to security incidents
• Coordinate incident response activities
• Implement security controls aligned with PCI-DSS
• Conduct regular assessments and vulnerability scans
• Manage and optimize security tools, including SIEM and endpoint protection
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices
• Prepare security reports, metrics, and KPIs for senior management
• Deliver security awareness training programs
• Support compliance initiatives
